Application scope and purpose:
NF type non-contact backstop is a kind of high-speed anti reverse device, which has the advantages of reliable backstop, free operation without stagnation, large backstop torque, light weight, convenient installation, etc. its comprehensive mechanical performance is obviously superior to other backstop devices. Its internal structure adopts a new type of special-shaped wedge designed by optimization, which is not only resistant to impact and large backstop torque, but also ingeniously uses its own centrifugal force of rotation; when the forward rotation speed of input shaft is higher than the minimum speed, the internal work of backstop can achieve no contact, zero wear and tear, and long service life. It is widely used in belt conveyor, bucket elevator, scraper conveyor and other equipment with backstop requirements.
