Overrunning Clutch Bearing
Model AV is roller type one-way clutch, which contains bearing support and oil seal. It uses disc bearing support and oil seal. It uses disc bearing to support and fix the center line. It is suitable for low speed operation. The oil seal uses metal labyrinth oil seal with frame covering protection.

The factory has been filled with grease, can be installed in the horizontal or vertical position immediately. It is mainly used to prevent reversals and provide greater torque in the smallest space. This type of design can be applied to more severe environmental requirements.

The groove of the torsion arm is fixed on the machine wall with screws to provide force to prevent reversion. The gap between the grooves of the torsion arm is 1% of the width of the groove. There must be no internal stress between the torsion arm and the bearing after installation. (during installation, the screws cannot lock the torsion arm axially, and there is also a gap in the radial direction, that is, there will be no bending stress applied to the bearing and the torsion arm.).
This roller type AV model is designed for the application of light positioning feeding demand conditions.
